Glad to hear you liked Sunil, as I didn't know anything about her. Will miss Raj and, of course, Ona Popa. Will be on board this Saturday

 

 

Sunil is great. He is a man. I'm actually thinking about booking

something for Jan just to see him again. ha ha. The Indy is

one of our favorite ships.

Sorry for the repeat posts... Just got the answer about this from Nadja.

 

Amit was enroute to the ship from another ship and due to a flight delay missed a connection and therefore the sailing today. Per Nadja he will be here Tuesday (San Juan) and will be the Concierge. At that time Nadja will move to the Diamond Concierge.

 

Again sorry for the multiple posts - just wanted to update people since several have been curious about the Navigator

Will be on Navigator 12/12. Haven't yet met, Amit so will look forward to meeting him, based on comments here.

Me too, Karen! I will definitely pass on your message. I was a little sad to read that Ricardo was gone. He was our first ever concierge when we reached D status. But it sounds like we're about to make a new friend!

Ricardo is replacing Diego on Jewel while his (Diego's) broken arm mends, so it's possible he will eventually come back to NV. Anyway, I do believe you will make a new friend. :)

Thanks for all the info. on the NV concierges -- if you can, please confirm that the switch has been made on Tuesday - Dec. 1. I have updated the Googledoc. Amit came on board today. Amit always was great on Rhapsody and I'm glad he is here. Nadja has been wonderful this week - I can see why the Galveston cruisers want her to move to liberty!

 

The switch will be made on Sunday. Until then both Amit and Nadja will be in the CL.

 

Nadja will go to the DIamond club for 6 weeks until vacation. When she returns she will be the permanent in the Concierge Lounge.

My wife and I were on the Vision OTS 11/21/15 sailing and Mangesh is back in the CL. He is great! He is always smiling and greeting everyone!

Mangesh is one of the best we have had.

Abraham the bar server was the best we ever had!!! He remembered our drink and kept them coming!

Carlos is only in CL and has yet to get out of his chair to meet or talk to any of us!! Anis is in DL and will talk to you if you stop by his desk and talk to him!! Probably 2 of the most unfriendly concierges I have ever met.

 

Pinnacles were not invited to the Suite luncheon.

Very unlike them, they have both been fantastic every time we have cruised with them, two of the best in our book!

Just off the Allure, Jeremias and Dexter took excellent care of us. We experienced bad television signal, no wi-fi and our suite phone could not accept incoming calls. They were very helpful and patient with us all week. I broke my wrist three weeks ago, and they were able to arrange for a porter to escort us and our luggage off the ship. We truly appreciated their assistance!

Recently, Carlos would not allow PC's in the new Suite Lounge and, if they entered, would not allow the bar server to give them a cocktail - until it was brought to the Hotel Director's attention the next day. Like Rahul, Carlos is not Pinnacle friendly. Still waiting to see the door sign he had printed to exclude the PC's. A friend took the picture and was going to post.
