seeseen Posted November 7, 2015 #1 Share Posted November 7, 2015 We do need sand toys to keep the little ones busy at the beach. But I won't bring those toys if they are sold at the ports of Grand Cayman and Cozumel. Anyone knows? Thanks.
lastminutemama Posted November 7, 2015 #2 Share Posted November 7, 2015 We went to a private beach in cozumel and didn't see anything. There were plenty of opportunities to buy them in Ft Lauderdale so that's what we did and carried them on.
OCruisers Posted November 7, 2015 #3 Share Posted November 7, 2015 You can buy them on the ship! :)
cb at sea Posted November 7, 2015 #4 Share Posted November 7, 2015 What "sand toys" do you want? Buy a bucket at home, and stuff it with pjs, underwear, socks, etc.....takes NO space in your luggage if you utilize the inside space! You will pay MUCH more on the ship than at home...assuming you're in an area that carries that sort of thing. They won't sell the stuff ON the beach, but most trinket shops will have them. wampuscat7 Posted November 7, 2015 #5 Share Posted November 7, 2015 I picked up a small set at Walmart for $3 this summer. I plan to take it with us.
Rare Keith1010 Posted November 8, 2015 #6 Share Posted November 8, 2015 I would get something ahead of time. Keith
Lerin Posted November 8, 2015 #7 Share Posted November 8, 2015 We've seen and bought them at many ports. They are dirt cheap to buy in ports-don't buy them on the ship. All the trinket shops have them.
ladygal4.4 Posted November 8, 2015 #8 Share Posted November 8, 2015 The price at your local Walmart would be way cheaper than in the port. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
