Florida Snowbird Cruisers

My DH and I will be living in our 5th wheel when we retire. We definitely want to be in FL for the winter months. For those who are RV'ER'S and stay in FL, what parks/resorts do you recommend? Florida is our top choice so we can jump in the vehicle and drive to the cruise port. ☺

Other than maybe asking this on the Florida Departures board, I think I woud be looking for a forum for RV'ers for the best recommendations. EM

There are many RV parks in the Orlando area. Then it's only a short drive to Port Canaveral or Tampa. It's only a 4 hour drive to Ft Lauderdale or Miami.

Why don't you post in the Florida forums on Trip Advisor? There are a Road Trips as well as FL forums you can post in. You will get lots more info there and what RV parks, etc. you can check out. Good luck on your retirement.

I have never stayed at this or any RV park. But I have driven by this one and it looks nice. It is about ten minutes from the ocean. Close to shopping and I95. About 30 miles north of Port Canaveral.
