Unfortunately, there is no rule. Sometimes more than 120 days, other times less than 60 days. Keep checking the website.

No. You need to keep checking yourself.

If you watch your roll call, someone will usually announce the openings there.

Our experience has been that dining and entertainment open at two different times. For us, one always opens around 120 days and the other around 90 days. And offhand I can't remember which is which. But you have to keep checking yourself.

Keep checking. We are sailing one month before you and our entertainment opened up a month ago. Our dining opened up a week ago. From what I could tell, they opened up a bunch at once (eg everyone from Feb to end if April? were able to book at same time). So just check regularly.
