First Upsell Offer Ever

Earlier in the week we got an upsell offer to go from a mini to a full suite on our Grand December 30 cruise. We took it. So excited to be living the suite life for 10 days!

Congrats!!!! Still waiting for my first. Looks like it won't happen on my Christmas cruise. Great to know it still happens.

Don't forget to take advantage of the waived cover charge at Crown Grill on the first night and also the complimentary breakfast every morning at Sabatini's. Enjoy the "Suite" life.:)

You have my sympathy. Once you are spoiled by a suite, you will want nothing less on future cruises. That will only cost you more money and make available suites fewer. That in turn will cause the prices for suites to go up. Then I will have to spend even more when I cruise in a suite. I encourage everyone to refuse upsells and upgrades to full suites and keep my costs down.

May I ask, how much was the upsell per person?

We paid $499.00 per person. We thought that was not bad for a 10 day cruise.

We got the upsell on both of our back 2 back cruises on January on the Caribbean Princess $399 pp for each cruise.

That is great to get them on the b2b. It would be hard to have to move out of a suite and not enjoy it for your next cruise.
