fax stockholder OBC line is busy????

Been trying for days and every time I fax my form for OBC shareholders form it comes back busy busy busy busy! Anyone else having problems???? I'm using 661-753-0180

That's the phone number I've used but haven't faxed them recently & here's their phone number to call them about the problem: 800 872 6779 ext. 30317

You might want to keep trying but also send it by mail. I always do

that as we don't have access to a fax machine. It takes about 5 days at most and it appears on my account.

I faxed mine on Friday morning (10:30) and it went right through. Showed up on my personalizer right after lunch. Keep trying.

I tried many times today. Finally called. The lady that answered said it was busy and I should try back in January. (I have a March 26 cruise)

I also have a 3/26 cruise and final payment isn't due until January 11th which is when they want us to submit our requests. I've been told that cabins turnover several times before final payment & it's why they want requests submitted after final payment.

I occasionally have a problem with the busy tone and generally find things go through better on weekends and in the evening.

Princess has an application form with all of the info about the Shareholders OBC program & I've attached the form.

 

It's not required to use the form however it helps Princess by receiving a complete application to quickly process our requests. Talking to them sometimes even basic info such as contact info isn't provided when applying so they appreciate using the form to receive all of the necessary info to quickly issue our SOBC. :)
