booking questions

I am planning 3 cruises this year. Bahamas, Caribbean and Alaska. I have been all over the NCL website trying to find an email address for someone I can ask questions. All I get are phone numbers. I do not want to get on the phone and have a long conversation. I want to do my research and then book. Has anyone been able to email with NCL to get their questions answered? If so, what email address. Thank you.

You could just log on to FaceBook and search for "NCL Personal Cruise Consultant" and you will get many results, and they are all listed also with e-mail addresses.

Not everyone uses facebook, I sure don't.

Try to a dummy booking and when the chat icon pops up just ask "Kathy". Everyone is named Kathy on the pop up.

It was a good suggestion too. ;) My PCC is on FB and but if you don't have a PCC yet, sometimes just looking for NCL's FB page will give some great info.
