Quilting_Cruiser Posted January 24, 2016 #3 Share Posted January 24, 2016 hi, I'm on NCL Epic in an inside cabin in a couple weeks and wonder if they provide dressing gowns and a good supply of toiletries including body lotion and hair conditioner.thanks :) As Keith suggested, post this on the NCL board and you'll get lots of answers. I sailed in an inside cabin on the NCL Jade and there wasn't a robe in my room. I understand I could have asked my steward or one. I don't know about the Epic (I'll find out soon!). There was no body lotion in my cabin and I don't think there was conditioner in the dispenser (I always bring my own so I didn't check).
cruiserking Posted January 24, 2016 #4 Share Posted January 24, 2016 Typically there are only robes in the suites. But, if you tip your steward they will bring you one. In the shower you will find dispensers with shampoo and body wash. There is liquid hand soap by the sink. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2161456&highlight=toiletries+ncl+epic Jonathan
polySeraph Posted January 24, 2016 #5 Share Posted January 24, 2016 (edited) NCL typically provides bathrobes for balcony cabins and above. I haven't seen conditioner or lotion provided on my NCL cruises. (I have sailed on NCL in inside, ocean view, and balcony cabins, but not mini-suites or suites.) Shampoo and shower gel are provided in a dispenser on the wall of the shower. The shampoo is a combination shampoo/conditioner. I usually bring small sample-sized bottles of my favorite conditioner and lotion. Edited January 24, 2016 by polySeraph

donaldsc Posted January 26, 2016 #8 Share Posted January 26, 2016 We have traveled on many lines typically in an outside view cabin. If you ask the steward for a robe, they will bring you one. They have never said "no". DON
SuiteTraveler Posted January 26, 2016 #9 Share Posted January 26, 2016 If you color your hair, DO bring some appropriate shampoo and conditioner. The body wash and hand soap is OK, but I would bring my own everything else.
Rare MicCanberra Posted January 26, 2016 #10 Share Posted January 26, 2016 I will let my wife know about the shampoo and conditioner, although it is generally like that on quite a few lines bar X.
