Where is the meeting place for gold cards for departure from SOS, please? And were you escorted down to customs? We've experienced this procedure on NOS and LOS in Galveston and also from Jewel in Tampa a couple of years ago. Really makes for a no hassle departure.

It was in the concierge lounge. Mario escorted. It was on the original letter and the one with departure info.

Thanks, gagirl. Mario will be leaving the day we embark. I hope his replacement follows his lead. I believe this is supposed to be standard now on all ships, but we know how inconsistent RCI can be. Langley, good idea. I'll try that in the future.

We were in a suite on Serenade in April. The CL met us in the Concierge Lounge and escorted us out of the ship. We left the ship as they were making the announcement to start the Self-disembark. It was an excellent experience. . . and our Concierge was Nadir from Tunis.
