cmptrwiz Posted February 13, 2016 #1 Share Posted February 13, 2016 We are going on the Glory and then getting off then boarding Splendor. Any suggestions would be appreciated. We are considering getting FTTF for the second part of the cruise.
2Shoes2Go Posted February 13, 2016 #2 Share Posted February 13, 2016 I call it a Side to Side. 😀 Enjoy, they're great!
zqvol Posted February 13, 2016 #3 Share Posted February 13, 2016 I call it two cruises. Not back to back, not side to side. It is just two cruises.
HamSammie Posted February 13, 2016 #4 Share Posted February 13, 2016 I would also call it two cruises. FTTF might be a good idea for the second cruise as since it is technically not a back-to-back, you lose those benefits such as the specialized debarking, customs processing, and quick reboarding. Budget Queen Posted February 13, 2016 #5 Share Posted February 13, 2016 Well, it is "back to back". There isn't any rule, it has to be on the same ship. :) You aren't going home and your vacation is continued. I've done this several times. Did it between 3 cruise lines and 4 cruises in May. :)

What about luggage do you think I could get one of the porters with a hand truck to walk us down to the next ship with all of our luggage?
