Is a morning flight cutting it to close?

Is a 10:55 flight out of Fort Lauderdale cutting it too close? How long does it take to get off the ship. I will be going on the Navigator in April we are flying to Canada.

Should not be an issue if the ship returns to port on time. If you choose to self disembark it will be quicker. You could be held up to get through customs a bit as they often have only a handful of agents (or even less 2-3) to process guests.

The airport is only a few minutes ride from the port.

Some have scheduled and made flights much earlier than yours. The time you chose should be fine in case there are any delays at the port or the airport screening.

True enough. They changed the flight I had booked so my choices are now to leave at 10:55 or spend an extra night in Fort Lauderdale or over night in Montreal.

Just make sure you check your specific airline's policy for check in time for an international flight. Some require you to be checked in 2 hours prior or more.

We self carried luggage then drove and were just south of Jacksonville by 11:00. You have plenty of time to get to the airport if you self carry luggage.
