Pacific Princess canal May 11. Things to see for free in Ports?

Will be doing PP Panama cruise in May and was wondering if anyone could recommend what to see and do at any of the Ports. Or if you have been on this cruise before what tours would you recommend? I usually like to explore on my own than to take tours.

Be sure wherever you post that you list out your ports of call.

 

Ideal place to first figure out what you are interested in doing is the ports of call board.
