Indeed. We had a bit of a discussion on it earlier when he posted that report. There is always something informative in his blog.:)

Choose from causes of A/C problems: fans, valves, thermostats dampers, the whole system........... No wonder it can be so hard diagnosing the reason for problems with these systems!
