How to join voyager club?

We just booked our first cruise on MSC yesterday. Have been trying to figure out the website. Are we automatically members of the Voyagers club, or do I have to sign up. Have been trying to sign up, but the website won't let me. If we are already members, how do we find out our numbers.

I want to send in for the Loyalty match program, but I don't have a voyagers number to put in the form. I am excited to try MSC, but not impressed by the website.

Any advice for first time MSC cruiser would be appreciated.

Thanks

Claudia

Yes, the website stinks. People complain about the Celebrity website, but they haven't tried dealing with MSC... Just keep trying. Eventually you will get a note that it went through, but it might take several days to get the notification email. And then you might not have luck signing in...EM

On the UK site you just need to log in, not sure if you're in the UK though?

At the top of the webpage there is a link called Manage My Booking - click on this and log in with your email address used to book, you should then have several other options, one of which is Voyagers Club.

I just talked with MSC and they are having some kind of internet problem, so what they told me is that if you need to give them information like your passport number or book a tour or whatever, wait until tomorrow. If it is still not working then and you need to fill in information, then call then with the information. If you want to buy stuff, call your travel agent and have them buy it for you.

I have been trying to get Voyager Club membership for weeks. The website keeps asking me to fill in Area but won't let me enter anything. It also says it doesn't recognise my city despite entering the post code. Its utterly frustrating. Probably will try to join on board.

Anybody else had this problem. Incidentally I have ordered drink packages and an excursion with no trouble.

If you join before you cruise you may be able to get the 5% discount on the cruise you have booked .You won't get it if you wait till you are on the ship.

May be worth a phone call and send them the info by email.

After a week, I am still having the same problem as you. Not a big rush, but it is maddening. Does anyone know if you have to join the voyagers club before you can send in the status match?

I tried calling, was put on hold for 30 minutes, they connected me to the right dept. Put on hold and after 10 was cut off. I tried leaving a message on the website for them to call me back. After 4 days, no call.

I suppose I will have to try calling and holding again.

Thanks, at least I know I am not alone.

When I sent in my status match I was emailed my voyagers club number within 2 days. I have been in communication with the representative who emailed it to me about some other questions I had and they have been super quick to reply. I still cannot create a web account but when I log in to view my booking I can see my status and club number.
