Karaoke, and Entertainment aboard Princess

This will be our first Princess cruise in a couple of years, so I was wondering what the Karaoke/Entertainment scene was like aboard these days. I LOVE to sing, and do karaoke, so what's the karaoke situation aboard Princess in general, and the Royal Princess in particular.

Also, how are the shows aboard the Royal? What show, if any, is a MUST SEE?

Can't wait to get aboard again, as we've missed the Princess experience.

We've seen everything from "drunk train wreck" karaoke to some of the finest singing around on our Princess cruises. Each week brings it's own vibe. We love it all.

Don't forget to check into the Pop Choir or the Voice if you love signing that much and if available on your sailing. Have a rocking (music, not ship) good time! :cool:

Now the Royal has Voice of the Ocean, an actual singing competition you could enter. I don't know if they'll still have regular karaoke; I kind of assumed this takes the place of it. See all shows the Royal offers; they're unique to that ship and we're just created a few years ago, so fresh and modern.

Once again, THANK YOU for the info. I can't wait to get aboard, and see what Royal offers. It all sounds like lots of fun, and a great way to get to know the other singers who have chosen the Royal. ;)

The unique shows sound like fun as well. I almost NEVER miss one of the "BIG SHOWS" aboard, and really look forward to those.
