I will post the rest of these photos a bit smaller ao Tapatalk can handle them:

Casino Royale: (I am so ignorant about slot machines, that these pictures may not be helpful at all, but the lights are at least pretty)...

I have pictures of the arcade games too. I anyone is interested, I will post them. But for now, I am giving Tapatalk the "silent treatment".

I think I will use smaller pictures in the future, as I like the ease of use of Tapatalk, but my thread is the only one that made the app crash. That is why I think the pictures were too many and too large when I posted so many per page.

Thanks for reading a long, and a great Thank You for all the comments and compliments.

Until next time... :) My favorite view... any that include DS and DH:

Well, this evening certainly has taken a different turn. I had to pay some bills, and while online, I noticed the NOS charge on my credit card is different than my invoice... After 29 minutes on hold for the C&A Rep, I was redirected to call guest resolutions, which is closed, of course. So, I will have to deal with that tomorrow. It is a $12.28 charge. The only things we bought the last day were our 2 for $20 shirts, and those were already on the account.

Although it is not a lot of money, it bothers me that we are being charged for some mystery item... We'll see what we find out tomorrow.

Good news: the $12.28 is being re-credited to my card. It was a 'minibar charge'. We never use anything out of the minibar, because I know it is expensive. I am always worried about leaving the room when 'checking out', because I see all those vacated rooms with the doors propped open, ready for the cabin steward who is nowhere in sight... Who knows how the mini bar charge showed up on the day after our final bill was printed?

Excellent photos, I only use a point and shoot camera for holiday snaps, what camera did you use?

Not liking the seating outside the pub, don't remember it being like that. Not conducive to sitting and people watching like all the other pubs on the ships.

The reason why we always have cash accounts now is because of the suspicious charges after we have left the ship. Too many times it happens.

Thanks, heatherb! I used the Nikon S9900 (point & shoot) for the action and off-the-ship pictures, and the Nikon D40x (SLR) for most of the ship pictures. I walk around with the D40x early in the morning when the ship is still "asleep". :)

This was the first time we got an extra charge. It is not a good feeling when you realize someone is in essence stealing from you. I may ask them in the future to just keep the minibar locked, or to remove all the items.

Thanks so much for your review and great photos. I am doing a 9 day southern Caribbean in February 2017. Like you I am an early riser; do you recall if you can get coffee anywhere around 5 am. Thanks, Shirley

You are welcome! Promenade Café is open 24 hours, although they do have a short period of time when the clean. I was able to get hot water for tea before 6 a.m., and I assume coffee was available too when the hot water was available (It is the same machine- just a different spout). The "good stuff" (Starbucks) opened at 6 a.m.

Enjoy your Southern Caribbean cruise! Our favorite ports are down there. :)

That does it, I'm going 1280 x 1024 next review. If you have a smaller screen your just gonna have to scroll.

LOL! I was thinking of going smaller next time. :D This is the first time I used Tapatalk, and though everything looked great on the app, I realized the pics did not work for the font on the website (iPad). Do you use Tapatalk, Bill?

What a great review- sorry for not thanking you before now, but didn't want to interrupt the flow. Your photo's are really good, and loved seeing your view of the islands as you arrived. I always liked to be up and out on the balcony to see us sailing towards them, and your pictures brought back nice memories.

Thanks too for the pictures of out and about on board ship as we sail from uk to Norway to see the fjords at the end of May, so feel like I know the ship already. No balcony this time though as extra cash being used to take grandson with us!

The fjords should be amazing, especially if you can get a spot on the helipad. Enjoy this special memory-making experience with your grandson!
