We are currently on the Explorer with JD and the very great news is, JD will be returning to the Radiance as Suite Concierge on the 7th July 2016:D

 

It's going to be a big Welcome Home Juan Diego Miranda-Allen in Australia and New Zealand:):):)

Sorry to say, but we have much preferred the DL and the different concierge's when we've sailed ROS....Several years ago he made a bad first impression and it's stuck with us...We tried our last cruise on ROS to see if we would feel differently...no...JMHO.
