No W2G form from Princess

I had two small hand pays on the Regal Princess last month. I just realized they hadn't given me a W2G form. Last time on the Royal I received the W2G on the last night of the cruise. Is this something new?

Who should I contact to get mine?

Thanks!

Google Princess casino players club, and their website should pop up. There's a link on it to request that document. I've never had the good fortune of needing this document but hope to some day! [emoji16][emoji620]

Congrats on your win!

Unless the slot hand pay was $1200 or more ($1200 or more one on a single spin), there's no reporting and no W2G is given. You say 'small' hand pays. How much each and were they on slot wins?

Yes, they were both over $1200 on a VP slot machine and they asked for my SS number so I know it was reported.

I sent an email, so I'll wait and see what they say. There is only a link to get a win/loss statement, so that wouldn't help. I'll be taking more cruises this year, so I'll wait on that.

Thanks. The website said they would reply in two business days. I sent on Friday and haven't heard anything yet.

In the past when I'd had a hand pay on Princess, I would get a paper receipt to take to the cage to get my money. The W2G would be placed in my cabin mailbox on the last night with all the jackpots listed as one amount for the whole cruise.
