The only way is to lease a vehicle. SFB is about 60 miles north of Cocoa/PC. When you return your vehicle you can catch thier shuttle to the port. Do the reverse to return to SFB after your cruise.

Thinking of flying to SFB with about 8 people. Need advice on getting to a hotel and from hotel to port the next morning.

At Sanford, After baggage claim, exit the main building and cross the road (semi-covered) to the ground transportation building. You will find the rental cars to your left and shuttle services on the right.

For transportation to Port Canaveral and nearby hotels, check in at the desk of Orlando Carriers who can arrange anything you need from shuttle vans to limousines. I suggest you book ahead of time and I certainly will compare rates by contacting other companies.

For links of transport companies and rental cars, please read here - too long to post here!

Here ya go bud https://www.goportcanaveral.com/fly-snooze-cruise/orlando-sanford-airport

That included transportation from sanford airport to the hotel of choice, a night at the hotel, transportation to your cruise terminal, and transportation back to sanford airport. Goportcanaveral has some sweet deals and makes it so much easier to book it together for cheaper. Call em also if you want any customization to the package

Most of the popular shuttle companies that serve the port to/from Orlando Airport will also do Sanford ... it is just buried in their fine print

for example here's the reservation page for Cocoa Beach Shuttle

note the place where you select airport: Orlando, Sanford, Melbourne

no biggie - just call 'em
