We are looking at them for a November tour but having problems finding anything on them.

If you find anything, please post it and we will do the same.

We are looking at this company in Naples to go to Herculaneum and Pompeii but we can't find any review on them. Has anyone used this company?

In many parts of Europe, including Italy, Tour Guides are licensed, freelancers. Most work for many companies. It's not like, say, Alaska where anyone can call themselves a Tour Guide. If the guide company is reputabe, the guide will ge fine.

It's been several years since we've been, but once in Naples, local trains will get you to Pompeii easily and cheaply. Once there, guides for hire waited by the ticket lines, and we joined a group of six other tourists. Our guide gave us a wonderful tour of the site that lasted most of the morning and if I recall correctly, he charged 10 euros per person.
