Any suggestions on what to do after disembarking in Athens with flight at 1pm?

Our only excursion in Athens is the Night Tour of Athens. Our ship docks in Athens the day before we disembark.

 

Since we are only seeing Athens at night and need to kill some time before our flight, does anyone have any suggestions on a quick tour or something to do before our flight at 1pm?

If your flight is direct to the US, you need to be there no later than 11am, preferably a little sooner. If "domestic" Europe, then 11:30 is fine. But that doesn't leave a lot of time, unless you get off the ship at 7am, to start your mini tour. In that case, you might consider grabbing a taxi, and telling them what you want to do for 3 hours or so, and agree on a price.

Do not know what your night tour includes but I would still catch an early cab and still try to sneak in a couple of hours of daylight viewing rapt the Acropolis. It is still the #1 destination and will be a different experience day and night. Otherwise one of the less visited but unique museums might work for an hour or two.
