Post cruise survey timing?

Got off the Golden Princess April 27 and have not received the post cruise e-mail with the survey. What is typical timeframe?

Not typical at all, usually there by the time I get home.

 

Have you checked you spam folder.

Unfortunately, not everyone gets the survey. I haven't after a couple of cruises. :(

We didn't get a survey after our Ruby/Hawaiian cruise in January. I was surprised but it wasn't anything that I lost any sleep over.

My survey was received at about midnight on the last day of our Crown Princess cruise ending on 4/23 and was valid for 2 weeks.

 

It could be in your junk email folder or like Pam they didn't send it to you which in that situation I would call Princess about receiving a survey. Another option is to email comments to Princess Customer Relations using the email address located on the Princess website: customerrelations@princesscruises.com

We didn't get it either, and I've seen posts on the Aus/NZ forum from other people on that cruise saying they hadn't received the survey.
