ECCruise Posted May 9, 2016 #2 Share Posted May 9, 2016 This is only a story because the ship went to Cuba. 14 pax and no reported crew members with some sickness, noro- or not, is a non-story.

Paulette3028 Posted May 9, 2016 #5 Share Posted May 9, 2016 http://www.cbsnews.com/news/historic-cuba-cruise-returns-us-suspected-norovirus-outbreak/  There was another article in the S. Florida newspaper, The Sun Sentinel, about it: http://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/nationworld/fl-cuba-cruise-norovirus-2-20160507-story.html What I found interesting is the paragraph where they say that nothing unusual was going on on the pool deck. If there was an outbreak you would have thought there would have been some visible signs of crew washing down hand rails and other public areas of the ship more intensely. Probably a big hoopla about nothing much.
