Well this was a great practice run, will definitely be looking for your Alaska cruise review.

I have never been to Seattle or Alaska but the Klondike museum and Seattle are now on my bucket list. Alaska has always been on the list.

Thanks.

When is your Alaska trip and which cruise? sorry if you already mentioned it.

If you go to Seattle, the best way to do a bunch of stuff is the Seattle Citypass. You can do the aquarium, space needle, a harbor cruise, and other things for one set price.

The DW and I leave for Alaska in about 31 days and cruise in 34. We are visiting my sister, who is going to take us around Anchorage and surrounding area. We are going to probably go up near Talkeetna and possible Hatcher's pass and maybe even Whittier. We are sailing the Norwegian Sun southbound from Seward. I really am looking forward to this cruise, and I love Alaska. I am already trying to plan out my review, and make must photo lists.

We then headed down to the stateroom to meet up with our friends.

Our oceanview stateroom.

Wanted to know how you feel about your OV stateroom comfort factor.

My family booked pretty late so 2 of the families are 4 in one of these.

They are 2 pre-tweens girls in each with their 2 parents.

OV with four people are snug. I found our OV on the sun to be a little more roomy than the Jewel. I like a Jewel class OV better than a Jewel class balcony.

The balcony feels smaller to me.

We just got back from our Jewel trip this past weekend & happy to report that the window room was perfectly fine for 2 people & adequate for my siblings & their 2 kids.

Luckily their kids are still 12 & under, so the space was manageable.

Maybe next NCL cruise, they will have to acquire more sq footage.
The water closet could use a few more feet dare I say.

Thanks again for the feedback! Edited by OV8
