Black Card Benefits

First time on MSC and have received Black Card status through the loyalty status.

A few questions.

Priority debarkation:

Is it truly priority? Do they actually escort you off before everyone else like Suite people? It isn't truly priority on NCL. You wind up in the crowds with everyone else.

One hour thermal session:

What does that mean? Use of saunas and steam rooms for an hour?

Complementary Bottle of Spumante:

Has anyone ever tried to exchange it for a preferred bottle of wine like white or red? We do that all the time on NCL.

Dinner in specialty restaurant:

Does each Black card member get dinner for 2? so my husband and I would each get a dinner for 2?

Cocktail party:

Will there be 2 each cruise? One for lower status and one for black card?

Thank you for any responses.

You will each get a Spumante and strawberries on different days, you will get 2 dinners for 2, 2 chocolate ships, you get an invite to a black cocktail party plus the welcome back one. You keep finding envelopes with invites etc in your cabin. Plus the other stuff.

We did not use the spa sessions or use the priority disembarkation as was travelling with friends. We also got priority tickets for the tender boat.

Priority disembarkation means your luggage will be tagged, with a coloured tag. and will be with the first off loaded from the ship. You will be in the first group to disembark

here's a scan of the daily program from last month on Orchestra to show the listing of priority guests. as in the first group, WHITE,

Priority debarkation can also mean the opposite: We were supposed to be out of our cabins by 7a and in our assigned lounge by 7:15. But a note the night before said since we were priority, we could stay in our cabin until 9am. So we left for breakfast at 8:45 and then sat around on deck 6 until last call to debark, and all the crowds were gone. Our flight wasn't until 2p. EM

We got the same note as Essiesmom but stayed with our original time of 8.15, we were actually in the taxi queue by 8.30.
