Ok since the people have spoken I am back from my lunch break and I will post some more photos from my review. I left off with our sailaway from Trieste, Italy

Trieste was a beautiful city for a sailaway....definitely not what we were used to with Miami or New Orleans....hehe

Many of the locals and tourists alike come out to watch this massive ship sailaway

 

 

 

 

Our sailaway was soooooo cold. Another thing you're not used to when you have only cruised to the Caribbean. I had on a sweatshirt but I was freezing. We stayed long enough to watch us turn around and then decided it was time to head back inside

After sailaway we decided that we were way overdue for a drink so we headed down Promenade deck to the Red Frog Pub

 

The Brewery tanks for the beer that is brewed onboard. The Red Frog Pub and Brewery had brewery tours on sea days for $12.00 per person. I didn't do this but heard others who say that they did and enjoyed it. You get a 5 beer sampler as well. Colin is the brewmaster onboard...be sure to ask him about Pedro if you see him....hehe

 

 

Laura was sampling my Thirsty Frog Red....she hates beer. But I am always like..."Hey try this."

I love the Thirsty Frog Red. But I wasn't too fond of some of the new ones

I swear these games were nearly the death of me

After an hour or so in the Red Frog Pub and a few drinks later I wanted to go to the Welcome Aboard show. I always enjoy this show

 

Our yes....our Cruise Director is Mr. Hottie Matt Mitcham

 

 

After the Welcome Aboard show we headed back to the cabin and ordered some room service and decided to head to bed.

That is the end of Day #1 onboard the beautiful Carnival Vista

Everyone talks about the Atrium onboard the Vista. The Dreamscape in the center is absolutely beautiful. It changes a few times through out the day. Good Luck finding out how many designs. I asked a few crew members and no one will say

I really wish the pools onboard had steps into the water and not just a ladder....Hear that Carnival. Put in some freaking steps.....

Ok so this was something new. In the handicapped public restrooms the door is all electric. You press the button to open, close, and lock the door

An afternoon trivia session and it was packed

Ok well maybe not the whole area was packed....hahaha

 

After trivia we headed up to deck 11 AFT to check it out

No chair hogs or sun bunnies today.....hehe

After checking out the outside deck we headed back to the cabin to get showered and dressed. We had reservations tonight at Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse

 

The Alchemy Bar was right across from the Steakhouse

 

I ordered the Deal Closer. I wasn't too fond of it...but I drank it

 

 

The Casino Bar on deck 4 also has a mini dreamscape

After dinner we headed back to the cabin because we were now in a Food Coma

 

This gift from Carnival was waiting for us when we got back to the cabin. It was for being on the inaugural cruise

After relaxing in the cabin for a little while and changing back into comfy clothes we headed back out to the Red Frog Pub

So that is the end of Day #2 onboard...tomorrow we would be in our first port of call of Dubrovnik, Croatia.

Glad you had a great cruise Brianna. Thanks for all the wonderful pictures- so far. I know these reviews of yours take a bunch of time & energy. We all appreciate the effort you put into them. Your photos have made me decide that I'd like to experience the Vista one day soon. Again- happy you & Laura had a great cruise.

Thanks for the latest installments. I am so enjoying this review. :) I know there is a Serenity area on the Vista, but is there an adults only pool? The aft pool on Deck 10 maybe?
