I will be on this cruise too, in the YC.. if anyone has any YC specific questions or things they want me to look into, please let me know!

Fredric,,,,Le'Muse serves an "MSC" branded white wine,,and a red as well. Can you possibly take a pic of the label or get the name of the vineyard? I think the white is the Langhe Arneis but not 100% sure,,,Many Thanks in advance!!:)

This is very odd... but I did not start this thread or come up with the "Divination" title for it. Does someone else on this board start threads for others? I'm not upset about it, I just find it a bit strange?

Seems to have been moved because it conflicted with Radio's live review??

We will be joining you in the YC for this cruise, Brooklyn transplant now living in South Florida.

Last time we sailed Le Muse had a different white and red each evening and I do not remember anything branded for MSC. They were also very accommodating if we did not care for the evenings selection, they had alternatives. Always aim to please.

Hi Fredric Could you please see if they serve alcohol-removed wine in the YC? Due to heart meds, I can't have any alcohol; I see they have n/a beer, and I can always get a "mocktail." Thanks so much, and have a wonderful cruise!

Wow what an awesome embarkation process for the yacht club. We arrived at the port at about 10:50 this morning and were ushered directly to the yacht club lounge where waited for maybe ten minutes before we were escorted on board...we were of the eight people on the ship! We were having a drink in top sail lounge by 11:15am!

I can see it was raining in Miami this morning,,to bad,,The One Pool is an awesome place to have a drink and grab some lunch on embarkation day,but you still can't go wrong with the Top Sail Lounge,,,,have a great trip!!!:D

Yes, it did rain most of the morning, quit around noon and has cleared up quite nicely. Going to head up to the one pool as we set sail, go to tonight's show and then have dinner at Le Muse.

So far it's been a good experience. Will be doing a review upon return using NCL Haven and HAL Neptune and Pinnacle suites as a comparison. I can say that the safety drill was messier (IMO) than our experiences on other lines.

Did you happen to eat lunch in lemuse- if so, do you recall opening time? Also, had to chuckle at "messier"- such a nice way to describe the less than stellar process. Have fun!!!

No, we walked up there and they were serving...it was probably 12:30 or so...I will; however, ask for you.

That would be appreciated if you get around to it, but I'm satisfied just knowing that LeMuse is open at embarkation and we can avoid the buffet (which is notoriously insane on any line at embarkation). For some reason, I really enjoy my first lunch being served to me. It's always been a special time for me. The MDR is not open at all on Divina during embarkation.

I'm really looking forward to following your experiences in the Yacht club. We sail in 3 weeks and I've read quite a bit of conflicting information regarding the Yacht club experience. Safe travels!!

We too just got off the same sailing and stayed in the YC. LeMuse was open on embarkation day until 2pm. We asked several times after we boarded about it and were initially directed to the buffet. When we asked again, they said it was open. We found our way to there by going outside on deck 15, found the entrance after asking a bartender where the door was and ate a delicious lunch in a nearly empty restaurant. When we went back for dinner, we were escorted there by a butler. Overall the food was great. We loved the YC and our cabin.

Really looking forward to reading your review and NCL/HAL comparison. Enjoy your trip!

Can anyone find out if we decide not to go to dinner at Le Muse but want room service....Can we still order from Le Muse menu or is it a regular room service menu ? Thanks in advance for any info.

It is a regular room service menu. I cannot remember what was on the menu but nothing spectacular - salad, sandwiches etc.

If you are sick (and have seen the ship's doctor) you may order from Le Muse's menu.

You can also order pizza (but on the divina it is only possible after 20h).
