Thanks for posting the outcome and glad things are straightened out. In our experience Celebrity does an excellent job of addressing issues when you get beyond the front-line call center staff.

 

i agree, and i wanted to make sure X got their fair shake to. not everybody shares positive outcomes.

Thanks for circling back and letting us know the outcome. Glad to hear the original offer was honoured. Did you ever find out how things went sideways or why your TA wasn't able to straighten it out?
