zlato Posted July 24, 2016 #1 Share Posted July 24, 2016 Have deposit on B2B2B for Transpacific crossing and Japan/China. We have taken many back to back cruises: however, on all of them the departing passengers would disembark during the morning hours, and the new passengers will board the ship in the afternoon. According to my wife,on at least one of the segments which I have booked, the cruise passengers disembark on one day, and the new passengers board the next day. We have always been able to stay in our staterooms on previous back to back cruises when the disembarking and the bordering procedures are on the same day. Will we will be able to stay in our accommodations for the next segment if most passengers disembark on one day and new passengers board the next day? jelayne Posted July 24, 2016 #2 Share Posted July 24, 2016 We have done a number of B2Bs and never had a situation were passengers disembarked on one day and the new guests didn't get on until the next day. Is is possible that what she is seeing is a sailing that has an overnight at the end of the cruise? We have done a couple of cruises like that. The ship arrives in port on one day but the cruise doesn't end and passengers stay on the ship overnight and don't disembark until the following day. The new passengers get on the same day the others got off.
TeaBag Posted July 24, 2016 #3 Share Posted July 24, 2016 We have also had it the other way where passengers disembarked and we got on and didn't sail till the following day.
