Does Celebrity Allow Walk-Off Disembarking in Venice?

We finish our Constellation cruise in Venice on October 10. To recent "disembarkers" in Venice:

 

Does Celebrity offer early walk-off disembarkation in Venice and if so, what walk off time is realistic?

 

Are there any immigration / customs lines to wait on after a cruise to all EU ports?

 

We are going to an apartment near St. Marks Square and we want to order a water taxi. Where is the water taxi dock for the cruise terminal and how far is it from the ship?

Yes. They allow walk offs. We were in the first group after the self disembarkers. No customs of immigration for you to go through. What time do you dock in Venice?
