Millennium

Hey folks, been a long time since we cruised.

We are looking at cruising Alaska next June. Looking at the great deals that are being offered thru American Airlines, we use their miles.

Anyway, looking at Celebrity Millennium for our trip. Never cruised Celebrity.

Can anyone give me some pro's/con's on the ship?

We are looking at Northern Glacier trip. And staying a few nights after.

The Millennium is one of four M Class ships. They have been in service for about 10 years or so, but are refitted every few years. We have been on Millennium once, for our Japan and China cruise and it was one of our favorites. Also, we have been on Constellation and Infinity several times and love those ships as well.

 

The ships are a little smaller than the newer, S Class, but we like the smaller ships.

Recently refurbished earlier this year. A little smaller than the S-class Celebrity ships so fewer specialty restaurants. Still very enjoyable with great food
