Iron on Escape?

Recommended Posts

Yes, I agree with others. Let your room steward know you would like an iron and he/she can get you one to use for a few hours. I have done this in the past up until last year. I purchased from wall-mart one of the travel steamers. It worked like a charm. Very portable and did the job great. I think I spent maybe $15 on it. It will now go on all our cruises with us :)

I thought most cruise lines specifically prohibit irons in the cabins due to fire hazards. Is Norwegian the exception?

You can't bring a travel iron on board with you but NCL does allow irons to be brought to the cabin by the steward for an hour or so, plus they are irons that will automatically shut off after a certain time.

Norwegian has no self-service laundry areas so where else could one do their ironing? :D
