Will be Platinum on our next cruise, on our boarding pass it says embarkation 1:00-3:00 can we still get on board early say about 11:00 a.m. ?

As Platinums, you can check-in whenever you wish.

When boarding is opened, Platinums & Diamonds go right after wedding parties (I believe)

You can arrive at any time you choose.

In the upper right corner, your boarding pass should also say PRIORITY which trumps any check in time printed down lower. EM

You should be able to get on after the weddings and Diamond cruisers.
