Sometimes you have to read 10-100 pages to find the end result.

 

Why has CC set it up so that you can edit after 10-15 minutes?

 

Also why did they disable the ability to PM other members?

Update #2

Tiffany and RCCL came through! They reconsidered and gave us the A1 ATS for July 2nd. No extra charge. Very happy about this and the entire family is super excited!

I don't know for sure but I bet it's disabled so you can't PM other users to offer up travel agent information.
