lincslady Posted August 24, 2016 #3 Share Posted August 24, 2016 Thanks for the pictures - I need 2 cruise soon as well, but not sure, on looking at the size of the latest Seabourn ship, whether it would be on Encore. Somehow it looks more like a large ship than the Odyssey class do.

Ka Honu Posted August 25, 2016 #5 Share Posted August 25, 2016 Just out of curiosity, what's that scrape/patch-looking thing forward on deck 5(?) in photos 3 & 4?
Mr Luxury Posted August 25, 2016 #6 Share Posted August 25, 2016 It's the crane that is working on the side of the ship Sent from my iPad using Forums
Able Seaman H Posted August 26, 2016 #7 Share Posted August 26, 2016 Thanks for posting those. I was just looking around to see how the ship is getting on as we have finalised flights for the first 2 cruises which aren't actually the first cruises whilst sitting here on the terrace in Southern Portugal :) Looking good and pleased to see construction is well under way with 100 days to go until launch. Emperor Norton Posted August 26, 2016 #8 Share Posted August 26, 2016 Just out of curiosity, what's that scrape/patch-looking thing forward on deck 5(?) in photos 3 & 4? If you're referring to the cut out aft of the second E in Encore, its one of these: It's to supervise line handling.
