Yes it can be used, it covers the first $13.00 of the cost.

 

The drinks are really good too.

We had a few of the $15 drinks on Reflection and were never charged the difference

Also, if you're interested, they usually hold a class (for a fee) on how to make some of these drinks. My husband did it on our last cruise and had a great time.

On our June Silhouette cruise out of Stockholm the price was $13 and was covered by the premium package.

They will have the bar open at the Oceanview Cafe (buffet) when you first get on. Mast Grill, Sunset Bar -- probably others. I don't think the Martini Bar is open until mid afternoon though.

We were on the Eclipse last spring, and also found that most, if not all, of the cocktails at the World Class Bar were covered under the premium package. And while there has been some mixed reactions to the World Class Bar my husband and I both enjoyed it.

We were in the World Class Bar every night while on the Reflection this past March. Drinks made by Niksa were great and never charged any extra for any of the drinks.

We did get the upcharge for the Port I ordered in Blu - but we were fully aware and the extra charge was worth it.

Download Celebrity's new Drink Packages and it states that the Premium covers up to 15 dollars drinks and the Classic up to 11 dollars.

World Class Bar drinks are covered by the Premium Package, except two.

 

Have to say, didn't care for the ambience or drinks.

In July all drinks were 12 Dollars at the World Class Bar on the Silhouette. Plus they had at least 3 nights specials with 50% off after 10 pm. So I had a cocktail twice for 7.08 Dollars (including the 18%).
