Just tried and it loaded up fine. I was even able to log into my account and access everything for my upcoming cruise.

Suggestion when you keep getting the same ole cookie problem try a slice of pie or a piece of cake -or- is a pizza pie and slice of cake - whatever - time to consider REBOOTING the computer and try again.

Yes it is inconvenient to reload but in most cases starting with a clean cookie pan well greased to slide off the gremlins eating those morsels holding your computer at bay from functioning.

Packet captures confirmed it was not my local machine - wasn't a cookie (or pie, or cake or cookie monster doing meth) issue - NCL site was unavailable for us.

 

Looked like Akamai was having trouble replying to some ISPs (Comcast in the SE US at least).

 

They finally seem to have figure it out.

 

When it was unavailable we would sometimes get an "Uh Oh" page from Norwegian, other times just time outs.
