Haven Perks

What are Haven Perks, disregarding the Free at Sea? I know about Haven restaurant, Haven pool and sun deck, concierge and butler. I've sailed in Haven before, but it was a med cruise and we barely utilized what was available plus we had a really bad butler.

Aside for the ships that do not have a Haven restaurant to my knowledge the amenities should be the same on each ship.

It was free pay per view movies when we were on the Escape in Jan. We watched a surprising amount of movies at night before bed

From what I heard it's not all PPV movies. The naughty ones are not included.... or are they? :eek:

The free movies were on-demand from the TV. You can pause, fast-forward, resume, etc.

 

There were some fairly recent choices on-demand.

DVD library on the older ones.

 

The suites do have dvd players even on the newer ships.

So is it true dvd only or do the players support blu-ray if we bring our own?

 

We were on the spirit and had the DVD library, but the PPV is much preferred. Does it charge your room and then does it get reversed out during checkout, or is it never added to the folio at all?

I was on the Gem in June and there was no DVD player in my haven penthouse, only the one demand movies.

The POA after the drydock also went to PPV and no dvd player.

I was on the Breakaway last week and we had a DVD player in the room. Two actually. On demand movies, the menu required you to authorize a charge to your account, but the price is $0.00.
