Just saw that I can pre-purchase a bottle of rum before I board the Regal. Will this bottle of rum be given to me to use in my stateroom?

 

I am wondering if I had the mocktails bev package can I use my bottle of rum that I buy onboard and add to the mocktails? Plenty cheaper than the AIBP.

I have never seen anyone do this, but I guess you can carry the bottle around with you. There are no restrictions to carrying around beer and 50ml bottles of spirits that are supplied as part of a mini bar set up. Also note that rum purchased from room service comes in 375ml bottles and not the normal 750ml bottles you purchase on land.

Yes you can. You can order sodas or mixers, and then use your own bottle to prepare your own drink.
