It might also work at Izumi Hibachi, since that is a fixed cost, but that's just a guess on my part.

We just sailed on Allure B2B Oct 9 & 16 and were able to use our Diamond+ BOGO at 150 Central, but not at Izumi Hibachi. The Izumi host explained that the demand for Hibachi is high and the seats are limited (approx 30 seats per the 3 time slots).
