heisnuts Posted November 15, 2016 #1 Share Posted November 15, 2016 We usually sail on Princess, where the wait staff will store what's left of our bottle of wine after dinner so we can continue with that bottle the next night. Does RCCL do the same thing?

CruisingChick Posted November 15, 2016 #4 Share Posted November 15, 2016 Yes, we usually never finish off the bottle in one evening. They will always hold it for you.
jmckay331 Posted November 15, 2016 #5 Share Posted November 15, 2016 They did for us on our med. cruise. I would assume that this would work if you have classic dining in an MDR not sure how that would work on the Quantum class ships without MDRs. They write your room number on it and put all the wine in a central place. You just tell them you have a bottle from the previous night and give them your name and they will get it. Rare xpcdoojk Posted November 15, 2016 #7 Share Posted November 15, 2016 Yes, and if you eat the next night in a specialty restaurant, they can have it waiting for you there. JC

Does RCCL do the same thing? Yes. And unlike Princess where you can only consume your personal wine inside the stateroom but charged with corkage when brought in the dining room, RCCL allows you to consume your 2 750ml bottle of wine in the dining room without corkage fee. In less than two weeks Quantum class will magically have an MDR.;)
