where can you see your cruise next certificates

Hi everyone

 

During me last cruise I purchased some cruise next certificates. However since I have come home and logged into MY NCL I am not able to see these certificates

 

Can anyone advise on where I should be able to view them

Log into MyNCL

 

At the top of the screen just to the right of center (or maybe more right if you don't have a cruise booked?) you will see "My Account" and a dropdown.

 

I selected the My Account from the dropdown

 

They are listed under "My Coupons and Credits" towards the bottom of the screen (above the ads)

When I login to my MyNCL, I see them right there on the first page.

My last Cruise Next certs took about a week after we returned to show up on my account, so if you are just recently back you might need to give it a few days.

I think the site only shows a maximum of 4 deposits. Has anyone else run into this issue?

Yep, and since they no longer offer any tangible certificates onboard, this can become a small challenge.

I thought you were only allowed to have 4. Or maybe that's the limit on how many can be purchased at a time.

4 can be purchased each cruise by every adult.
