Radiance missing NZ ports

That was the original planned itinerary , before the changes .

Heres a pic from the port cam in Auckland today. I think Radiance is a really good looking ship .

I have not been on the Radiance, however I have been on numerous ships that have the helicopter deck on the bow. On the ships that I have been on, generally the area is off limits. The Captain will occasionally allow selected guests (those high in the loyalty program, suites, etc,) to go out on the heli pad for special events.

For e.g. We were invited to sail into Venice on the Helipad with champagne offered and classical music played all the way in and down the grand canal.:D

 

You can freely get to bow on Radiance, Voyager and Explorer. One of my favorite parts of the ship! Loved Rhapsody but that was one draw back that you couldn't go there on her.

 

Only exception would be when they close it due to bad weather, which they will do on all outside decks.

Yes, some of my friends still reckon that it is the best RCI ship, despite them being on some of the larger ones.
