Room service trays are left in hallways as the norm

Deck 10 jogging track...3.5 laps is a mile

Have to use a credit card to open and close your room safe

What an odd review. Thanks.

I believe any card with a magnetic strip will work for the safe. I also wouldn't try to put an entire purse in the safe. Smaller valuables only - wallet, phone, camera, etc.

It would be a fool's game for Carnival to try to include weather reports in the Fun Times.

True you need a card with a magnetic strip for the safe but I'd not use a credit card for that. We have lots of other cards like for movies or pts from the supermarket etc.

I also would not carry a purse and then try to leave it in the safe. I'd put a wallet there but not the whole purse.

No one will take your i-pad.

Sorry you were unhappy with the weather that is no fun!

Sadly winter is rainy season.

Nexus Marine stations are southbound from Canada into the USA and everyone on the boat must have the Nexus pass according to the official web site:

http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/prog/nexus/marine-maritime-eng.html

This is never used at cruise ports in the USA.

I have heard that some are beginning to offer Global Entry kiosks but I haven't seen them yet.

Sorry to hear about the Grand Princess

I forgot to include that your room card comes with a hole already punched in it for a lanyard

When our room safe got locked up and I had to ask for help the white suit that arrived rather promptly advised not to over fill the safe and to use a credit card to open and close it.

Please don't take my factual review as complaining, I was relating just what I experienced.

Would I go back to Hawaii, of course.

As for daily things to do there was lots of trivia, bingo and the occasional Q&A with crew members. The comedy club shows were held twice in the eve with the late show being adult only

Food is personal. We were satisfied with fare in the Lido and with Nick and Nora's.

We are new to Nexus. $50 for five years and no hassle or lines in Toronto flying to LAX brought big smiles to our faces as we looked back at the snaking, seething disgruntled hordes in the regular customs lines. We were able to use the Nexus cards in LAX to bypass the endless line trying to go up to the escalator into the secure area of the departure lounges!!
