Guarantee Suite on Anthem- what did you get?

what did you end up with? And how many people were in your cabin?

Booked a JS guarantee for 3, got a FJS. Booked a JS guarantee for 2, got a SJS.

Booked a W guarantee and received a FJS, there was only 2 of us.

If you are booking a reservation for 2 staterooms (4 people total) and choose balcony guarantee, will they put the rooms near eachother or is it done completely separately?

It just depends where available cabins are....if you MUST HAVE cabins next door to each other, it's best to book the specific cabins rather than a GTY.

I'm not concerned with being next door to each other, but would like to be in the same vicinity (same deck & half of ship). Is an effort made to accommodate groups of rooms to be on the same deck or is it completely random??

We had a guarantee room. We went with friends and got rooms 11620 and 11622. Couldn't ask for better rooms.

I booked this way twice but I booked 3 & 2. Both times we were a few cabins away from each other. One time, they had us on different decks, but I waited and the next day they had changed our rooms to be on the same floor, without me asking.

 

But I have seen people very unhappy with their room locations as well.
