2017 Loyalty program ??

Just checking to see if any Loyalty program changes are on the horizon for 2017?? Have I missed any new announcements?

 

You have not missed any new announcements. John Heald has stated that the loyalty program is being reviewed but nothing additional said yet. If history repeats itself it will be quite awhile before any changes are made and anyone can start to whine about how horrible the changes are.

well... maybe because i am seeing a vifp status change on a future offer...or it could just be a glitch:rolleyes: We will just have to wait and see...:D

 

If you are talking about the future offer for casino rates being released tomorrow, sadly it was only a glitch. Everyone who got the email was listed as Diamond including me and I am only at 39 days :( I was hoping it was part of the offer - a one time upgrade but alas it was only a glitch. I can dream though lol.

Agree. 2 people in my family got the offers and they are Red. Don't think they will be getting Diamond Status. LOL!

Yes. It says you get a discount on your booking and casino credits and that the casino offer starts 1/2/17 and to watch for it. If you look at the top it says you're diamond status but everyone is getting that so it's a glitch.

Just check my email says platinum and I am platinum. Call to get a price adjustment... rep made the adjustment to cruise rate but only gave the $50 onboard instead of $75

Ten bucks says they change the loyalty program right before we cruise in March or possibly before summer hits. Twenty bucks say they add an additional level between plat and diamond, maybe something like Platinum Plus or something. FIFTY bucks says they'll take the past guest party and all the current benefits except the crappy drink coupon and the bottled water away from Platinum, making the past guest party, the gifts, the laundry service and the priority boarding for Platinum Plus and Diamond only.:eek::rolleyes:;)

yep, that's what i was talking about... like I said, it could be a glitch... :D

The Casino Rates don't start until tomorrow so you'll need to call back then and book under the Casino Rate if you qualify for one. It's Casino Cash - not OBC.
