Are the menus the same in the MDRs each night?

Hi,

We are traveling on the Getaway at Easter. Yahoo! I've been looking at the menus on http://www.beyondships2.com/norwegian-getaway-menus.html

From looking at the menus it seems like each day at sea there is a new menu, but the same menu at all three MDRs. Is this right?

Also, what is the difference between the three MDRs?

Thanks again for all your help!!

The menu has three sections. There is a standard menu offered every night. Steak, chicken, pasta. The other section of the menu has specials of the night. And the third has paid upgrade items.

Taste and Savor are identical and just across the main hall from each other.

The Tropicana Room is slightly more formal and has live music (and some dancing). The Burn the Floor dancers also do a couple of short dinner shows there too.

The menus are similar/same.

The menus are the same in the main dining rooms each night. The difference in the dining rooms is the atmosphere. One has a different dress code than do the others.

It used to be that the menus included 5 courses. Not that healthily but yummy just the same. I noticed on recent posts of menus that they are now just starters (which includes apps, soups and salads), main course and dessert. My question is, can I order an app and a salad from the starter; or a soup and salad. Or even a spring roll app, a bowl of soup and a Caesar salad, a mail course and dessert? Don't judge me, I'm just asking!

In the MDRs you can go right through the menu if you are so inclined. I often have 2 starters and even on occasion 3 but I don't normally have a dessert. Having 2 mains, not by me, is quite common too. There you can eat what you want.

Absolutely! They will not give you any trouble about ordering multiple starters and/or desserts.
