The best pharmacy is the one at home. If you want to buy prescription only medications out of the country make sure you have a valid prescription when you return home. Customs frowns on people who have prescription drugs without a prescription.

Would not recommend buying prescription drugs out of the country. You have no idea if what you are buying is pure, legitimate, etc.
