Espresso based beverages such as cappucino, latte, etc.

Also any of the frozen coffee beverages such as a blended vanilla latte or blended mocha. Those are included as well.

Is there a place to get any coffee in the boardwalk area of Harmony? Our cabin will be near the boardwalk and I'd like to get a quick coffee or even a latte with my beverage package in the morning. (Not Starbucks- since that is extra $).

There is no place on Oasis or Allure that I can remember. Unless Harmony has a new venue on Boardwalk, besides Starbuck's, I would say no. You can go down one deck to the Cafe Promenade on the Royal Promenade, deck 5, for coffee pretty much 23 hrs. a day. They close for about 1 hr. in the early morning hours for cleaning.
