What do you carry soda in when boarding?

Just curious what is best way to carry soda on when boarding can you use a shoulder bag ?

Yes, you can use a shoulder bag.

We just stick a few in our tote.

Your choice on what you use to carry it on. My preference is to place then in a rolling duffle. In my home port of Galveston they take the soda out of the box and inspect them. Often times the box is useless to get the drinks onboard. Shoulder bags and back pack are an option but those can get really heavy until your room is ready about 1:30.

BTW that rolling duffle has any soft drinks as well as travel documents electronics, and medications. The space gained after consumption of the drinks serves as souvenir space on our trip home.

I just use the box. Never had them take them out in Miami or Port Canaveral

We use to just carry on in a grocery sack until Cheers added soda, no reason any more

We just carry the boxes on. In Charleston they took a few out to inspect but then duct-taped the box back together for us.

We never do. We are on vacation and try to go light.

I have always used a backpack. Never had to take them out for inspection, but I have seen security open the boxes. Plus my backup then doubles as my going ashore bag.

I usually throw a few cans in my carry on bag. This year, I'm going to try to pack everything in a small rolling suitcase, so they will be in that.

I always use a rolling suitcase and put my wine in it as well. They can and often do break open the 12 packs and it makes a mess. Typically, you are so excited and in a hurry that when they do that it makes for a anxious few moments and there is no need for that! Plus it is easier to carry in a rolling case!

We bungee corded them to the top of our rolling suit case. Kept them right on there through inspection.

We use a collapsible hand truck.

Strap them to the top of our carry on bag with handle and wheels and drag them onto the ship. Last cruise Miami never even touched them let alone looked at them besides sending them through the x-ray machine.

The last 2 cruises I have just put my 12 pack in my backpack pack and put it through the xray. I have never had it inspected or anything. One left from Miami the other from Canaveral. Cruising next week will just put it in my backpack again.
